Aludoc Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Alutel Corp, 20900 NE 30th Avenue, Suite 200, Aventura, FL 33180, United States, operates Aludoc. Privacy contact: privacy@alutelmobility.com.

2. Two roles

• For account, user and billing data, we decide how the data is used (we act as controller).
• For the data a Customer uploads about companies, people and vehicles, the Customer decides and we process it only on its behalf and on its instructions (we act as processor). Requests about that data should go to the Customer; we will help the Customer answer them.

3. Data we process

• Account and user data: name, email address, language, role, sign-in and security records (dates, IP address, browser).
• Customer Data: companies, contacts, contracts, people, vehicles and the documents uploaded, with their expiry dates.
• Billing data: plan, subscription status and payment history. Card details are collected and stored by our payment provider, not by us.
• Website data: the cookies described in Section 9.

4. Why we process it

To provide and secure the service; to send account messages, expiry reminders and service notices; to process payments; to provide support; to prevent abuse of the signup (including automated bot detection); and to comply with the law. We send product news only to administrators, and every such email includes an option to opt out.

5. Service providers

We use providers in these categories, bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations: cloud hosting and storage, payment processing, email delivery, and bot protection on the signup form. They process data only to provide their service to us.

6. International transfers

Data is processed in the United States and in the countries where our providers operate. We rely on our providers' contractual safeguards for those transfers.

7. Retention

We keep data while the account is active. After cancellation or deletion, Customer Data is deleted thirty (30) days later, except copies in routine backups until they expire. Security and audit logs, such as sign-in records, are kept for up to twelve (12) months after cancellation or deletion to protect the service and investigate incidents, and are then deleted. Billing records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.

8. Security

Each Customer's data is logically isolated, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is recorded in an audit log. No system is completely secure; we will notify affected Customers of a security incident as required by law.

9. Cookies

We use only cookies needed to sign in, keep the session secure and remember the chosen language. We do not use advertising cookies.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Write to privacy@alutelmobility.com. For data uploaded by a Customer, we will forward the request to that Customer.

11. Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

12. Changes

We will publish any change on this page with a new effective date, and notify account administrators by email of material changes.

13. Language

This policy is written in English. Translations are provided for convenience; if there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
