Aludoc Terms of Service
Effective date: 27 Oct 2026
1. Who we are
Aludoc is a service provided by Alutel Corp, a company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with its principal office at 20900 NE 30th Avenue, Suite 200, Aventura, FL 33180 ("Aludoc", "we", "us"). Contact: legal@alutelmobility.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms on behalf of the organization you register (the "Customer"). If you do not have authority to bind that organization, do not create the account.
3. The service
Aludoc is an online platform to manage and monitor the compliance documentation of contractor companies, their people and their vehicles, and to send expiry reminders. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a paid period.
4. Accounts and users
The person who creates the account is its administrator. The Customer is responsible for the users it invites, for keeping credentials confidential, and for all activity under its account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Plans, trial and payment
- 5.1 The Free plan is offered at no charge and with the limits published on our website.
- 5.2 Paid plans include a 30-day free trial and require a payment card. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and renews every month until cancelled.
- 5.3 Prices are stated in US dollars and are final; we do not add taxes on top of the published price unless we notify you in advance as required by law.
- 5.4 Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- 5.5 If a payment fails, we will retry it for up to three (3) weeks. If it still fails, the paid subscription is cancelled and the account moves to the Free plan.
- 5.6 We may change prices with at least thirty (30) days' notice by email; the new price applies from the next billing period after the notice.
6. Cancellation and plan changes
The Customer may switch to the Free plan or cancel at any time from the Subscription page. A cancellation during the trial takes effect immediately with no charge. After the trial, the paid plan remains active until the end of the period already paid. Fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise.
7. Plan limits
Each plan has limits on companies, contracts, users, people, vehicles and documents. When an account moves to a plan with lower limits, existing data is kept, but new records cannot be created above the new limits until the Customer upgrades or reduces usage.
8. Acceptable use
The Customer will not: (a) upload unlawful content or content it has no right to process; (b) attempt to access data of other customers or to probe, bypass or overload the service; (c) resell or provide the service to third parties outside its organization; (d) use the service to send unsolicited communications.
9. Customer data
The Customer owns the data it uploads ("Customer Data") and grants us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. We process Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to upload personal data of its contractors' staff.
10. Data after termination
After an account is cancelled or deleted, the Customer may request an export within thirty (30) days. After that period we delete Customer Data, except copies kept in routine backups until they expire or where the law requires us to keep it.
11. Suspension
We may suspend access in case of a breach of Section 8, a security risk to the service or other customers, or as required by law. We will notify the Customer when reasonably possible.
12. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Aludoc helps track documentation; it does not certify that any company, person or vehicle complies with any legal or contractual requirement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts the Customer paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the account administrator at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
16. Language
These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience; if there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
17. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between the parties about the service, unless a separate written agreement signed by both parties applies, in which case that agreement prevails.
